The following offenses within the City of Johns Creek cannot be paid online – they require a Municipal Court appearance to resolve:
- Aggressive driving
- All city ordinances
- All persons under the age of 21 (ages 17-20 are encouraged to bring a parent to court)
- Attempt to elude an officer
- Furnishing alcohol to a minor
- Possession of alcohol by a minor
- Disorderly conduct
- DUI
- Hit & run
- Limited driving permit violation
- Marijuana less than 1 ounce
- No insurance
- No license
- Passing a loading/unloading school bus
- Racing
- Reckless driving
- Shoplifting
- Speeding 30 mph or above
- Suspended registration
- Suspended license
